Navigating Life in the 30s: A New Blog Series

I begin to speak only when I'm certain what I'll say isn't better left unsaid

They say your 20s are for discovery, but your 30s? That’s where life really begins to test what you’ve learned. It’s a season where career paths twist, friendships evolve, families grow or shift, bodies and minds change, and priorities start to look different. It’s also a decade that can feel like a balancing act between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

That’s why I’m starting a new series on the blog: Navigating Life in the 30s.

This is a space for real stories from people aged 30-39. You know, the good, the bad, the funny, the painful, and every story in between. Maybe you’ve just stepped into your 30s and are still figuring out what it all means. Or you’re deep into the decade and have lessons, laughs, or scars worth sharing. Wherever you are on the journey, your story matters.

The goal for this series is to create a collection of experiences that inspire, encourage, and remind us that none of us are walking this road alone. For those just entering this stage, it’s a chance to learn from those ahead. For those already living it, it’s a chance to reflect, share, and maybe help someone else feel a little less alone.

So, if you’ve got a story about navigating your 30s whether it’s about career, love, faith, health, growth, mistakes, or moments you’ll never forget; I’d love to hear from you. Let’s build this space to celebrate the reality of life in the 30s; the raw, beautiful, complicated, and very much worth talking about stories.

I’ve got a line up of a few stories that I’ll be posting each week. But the door for joining the bandwagon is always open.
